Loyalty marketing focused on member engagement may seem like an unusual passion. But John is an unusual guy. John has more than 20 years of IT experience, specializing in loyalty and marketing applications. Based on the success of many loyalty initiatives, John is driven to create dynamic technology solutions to guide them from concept to marketplace success.

Over the last 20 years, John has architected, designed, and developed consumer loyalty platforms for more than 40 industry leading loyalty program sponsors worldwide. As the Application Architect for the world's largest hotel program, a 30+ million member program, John led a team of more than 20 resources through iterative development to program launch.

Both large and small, these loyalty platform initiatives have included programs for hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, consumer products, and retail. Projects include Regis Corporation, Disney, Frontier Airlines, Nordstrom, Jet Airways, Cyprus Airways, LAN Airlines, Kuwait Airways, and many more. John has served many roles including SME, application architect, business analyst, technical analyst, and project manager.





Bill currently is a Managing Partner at Persuade Loyalty. Prior to Persuade, Bill was a partner at OLSON, and was primarily responsible for the design and architecture of Tally – their proprietary loyalty program tracking software.

Bill has more than 30 years of IT experience specializing in loyalty and retail applications. Bill served as the Chief Technology Officer for MilePoint Worldwide where he led the development of the Cambio “Turning Miles into Money” engine and the point vending application utilized by major airlines and hotels.

Prior to MilePoint, Bill was Senior Vice President of Systems Development at The Lacek Group Worldwide where he was responsible for the development of the Reward Loyalty Tracking System, an advanced consumer loyalty management system currently used by 30+ industry leading loyalty program sponsors worldwide.

Before joining the Lacek Group, Bill spent 10 years in the airline industry and was involved in pioneering loyalty program technology for Republic and Northwest Airlines,including Northwest’s WorldPerks program.





Beth is a numbers superhero when it comes to winning the financial battles and saving the day for Persuade Loyalty’s clients. But what Beth does best is simplifying problems and solutions. She takes a consultative approach to draw the story behind the numbers to enable our clients to be more successful; delivering not just information, but solutions driven by data.

Beth developed her talents through over 20+ years of experience in financial, administration, process and technology roles for large corporations, as well as small companies and agencies. She has industry experience in loyalty and incentive marketing, hotel management companies and corporate. She is financial professional with focus on business operations, pricing and analysis, supported by previous experiences ranging from audit to system implementation, and process redesign to recruiting.





This former music major and present-day guitarist is a genuine client services rock star. With a mix of agency and client-side marketing leadership, Kim brings a comprehensive and integrated view of client marketing initiatives. With a particular focus on professional services and healthcare technology, Kim has made programs sing for clients such as The Lacek Group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, US Bank, American Family, Ameriprise, Aimia, BI Worldwide, NextGen Healthcare, Eldermark Technology, Canon USA, BP, Ford, and United Health Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and client services.

Kim's background includes helping clients create more efficient and effective marketing programs using data they already have and helping design CRM processes that create additional value to their bottom line. She has designed and managed innovative marketing programs including Canon Imaging Group's multi-million dollar consumer loyalty program, which was awarded the Canon President's Award for Innovation; Ford's grassroots launch of the Edge vehicle; BP's introduction of Invigorate gasoline; and the medical industry's first web-based electronic health record.

Kim holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota.




After more than 19 years of IT project management experience for Fortune 500 companies, Stephany can herd cats with the best of them.  Her particular skill set includes design, business analysis, technical analysis, resource management and team building along with complex project management in a variety of industries including automotive, technology, financial services, hospitality/travel and consumer brands. 




Chris is a brainy polymath who is proficient in numerous contemporary platforms and languages — yet he can still translate into plain English for the rest of us. He earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Management with an emphasis on finance and entrepreneurship and has been a systems architect for over 10 years in various genres including loyalty, ecommerce, mobile, and social. Prior to Persuade Loyalty, Chris was the Systems Development manager for another large agency, where he was responsible for the development of their proprietary loyalty banking system for million-member clients such as Sun Country Airlines, Broadway, Toys R Us, Amtrak, and Wyndham Rewards.

Chris was the lead software architect of the entrepreneurial startup BidPal, which shifted the silent auction paradigm to a mobile device over a private mobile network. He led web development for the MilePoint mileage vending platform, which was an ecommerce system for purchasing points online and integration with various hotel and airline partners. MilePoint clients included American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest/Delta Airlines, Midwest, US Airways, Starwood Hotels, and Delta.

Dig a little deeper into his shadowy past and you'll see that he led knowledge transfer and custom development for 3M, developed and supported customer survey applications for both Disney and Starwood Hotels, and also supported a customer service portal for IDeaS, a global leader in revenue solutions for the hotel industry.




Amy is a brilliant right-brain creative who singlehandedly balances out all the left-brain denizens of Persuade Loyalty. Over the past two decades, Amy has become savvy at bringing strategic vision to life through creative development. Her approach is to consider the client's goals and brand presence as she designs consumer-centric online user experiences that drive results.

After graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in English, she landed in the interactive world, where she dabbled in various areas of digital design and development. Before branching out on her own in 2004, she worked for and with several marketing agencies, helping to design and implement user interfaces for a variety of clients.

When she is not busy bringing order, meaning, and irresistible visual appeal to the digital world, she brings order, meaning, and irresistible visual appeal to the world outside her office. She loves designing kitchens, baths and outdoor spaces.

when she's not working, Kim spends her time sailing in Lake City, refereeing fights between her three girls, perfecting her chili recipe, and helping her girls find their inner rock star, but, mostly refereeing fights.

Cory enjoys spending time with his wife and their two greyhound dogs.  He also volunteers as a high school track coach in the spring, and spends as much time as possible on his bike in the summer.

Digital Jedi

In a galaxy far far away..or maybe it was a far-flung suburb of Minneapolis, a nearly impossible force fleeting the pulls of nature was created: a techy nerd with the personality of a party-planner.  Cole started his career as a video game tester, and gamer extraordinaire. From there he moved into the world of loyalty agencies, spending over four years at the Lacek Group before beginning his work with Persuade Loyalty. He has since worked on complex programs for some of the biggest brands around from Ford and United Airlines to Intel, Starwood Hotels and Nike.
